Traxxas 1647 - Silicone Grease

Silicone grease is a good all-purpose lubricant for molded parts and is an effective corrosion inhibitor, but it’s not a good choice for metal-on-metal applications. In Traxxas models, silicone grease is used as a seal lubricant to ensure receiver box watertightness. It can also be used to restore and condition the silicone boots used on Traxxas boat’s rudder linkages and the Revo-series’ driveshaft and suspension pivot bellows.
